Now on Headie: Puffco's Peak Pro in Plasma
Deep violet, warm amber, and opal detailing on Puffco's flagship rig

Puffco's limited-edition Plasma colorway has arrived on Headie, joining the Peak Pro 3DXL line's short history of standout drops, following Indiglow and the fan-favorite Daybreak. Where Daybreak leaned into sunrise oranges and gold, Plasma goes the opposite direction: a finish that moves through deep purple into a warm, glowing amber, paired with textured glasswork that catches light differently as water and vapor move through the piece.
The details set this release apart from past drops. Crushed opal detailing runs through the inner cone, the first time opal has appeared in a Puffco colorway in years. The glass attachment has a raised, hand-worked surface unique to Plasma, giving the piece a molten, almost alive quality rather than a flat finish. The matching 3DXL Chamber wears a Plasma-colored Joystick Cap, and the accompanying Hot Knife picks up the same color story, so the whole kit reads as one cohesive object rather than a device with matching parts bolted on.
Underneath the new look, it's still the platform Puffco built its reputation on: real-time temperature control, four heat profiles, and the larger-capacity 3DXL Chamber that produces roughly double the vapor of the standard chamber. Plasma isn't a hardware upgrade. It's a reskin, and a well-considered one, built for collectors who track these releases the same way heady glass collectors track a maker's limited runs. It's already been out for a few weeks, so if it's on your radar, it's worth grabbing before it's gone for good.
