Pre-Order Policy

From time to time, Headie may offer an option to pre-order selected products on the Headie website ("Pre-Order Products").

You agree that if you order a Pre-Order Product, you will be charged after you place your order and before your item is dispatched. Your credit card account or payment method may reflect the deduction of the purchase price immediately upon placing the order. However, please note your order is not confirmed until final payment has been taken and we have accepted your order. Headie reserves the right to make any changes to the items offered for pre-order and if a Pre-Order Product is no longer available or if the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded.

The delivery options set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy do not not apply to Pre-Order Products. Pre-Order Products will typically be shipped between 6-8 weeks from the date that the order is placed, but this varies depending on the product. If your order is unable to be dispatched within the originally provided timeframe, Headie will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the delay and the revised delivery timeframe.

Please note that if you order a Pre-Order Product, the product you receive may vary (including fit, appearance, sizing, and composition) from the item displayed on our website. Pre-Order Products that are not final-sale items may only be returned in compliance with our Return and Refund Policy
