  • Carrier Calculated Shipping: Orders under $100 are charged shipping at checkout based on real-time USPS rates. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we are only able to process and ship orders within the United States. We are working to enable international shipping in the future and will post updates to our International Shipping Policy as they become available.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, but this can vary depending on your order.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

  • Free Standard Shipping orders will be processed using the most affordable shipping option with delivery times typically ranging from 3-4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • Please be sure to double check your shipping address – Headie is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Orders which contain multiple items may be shipped separately. This may happen for a variety of reasons, including item availability, product storage location, or if your order contains items which are being fulfilled from multiple suppliers. If items in your order are shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

  • Some orders may offer you the option to purchase shipping protection. Unless you purchase shipping protection when offered, you will not be protected in the event items are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been provided to the carrier.
